Design Proposal
Portfolieu Graphic Design may send a prospective client anywhere from 2 – 6 design proposals depending on how many unique perspectives our team of designers had to offer. All design proposals contain a price list and have a free-look window that guarantees design availability.
Pricing
The price associated with any specific design in a proposal reflects the following: full copyright transfer of the design artwork to the client; the design in full color and 3 additional versions of the same design in black and white/ inverse etc. Sometimes a design will be sent to the client with a customized wordmark. The wordmark has its own price. Clients can opt to use or decline the associated wordmark. If the wordmark is accepted, horizontal and vertical brand marks are included, as well with associated typography and palette guidance. Transfer Agreement
A client should reach out to us after determining a design meets their needs. A Copyright Transfer Agreement for the requested design will be sent to the client for review and signature. Click here to see a sample of the Transfer Agreement.
Transmittal
Upon Agreement signing and receipt of payment from a client, Portfolieu Graphic Design will digitally transmit design files via email. The files are available to be sent in .pdf; .jpg; .png; .ai and .psd file formats at the client’s request.
Final Steps
To avoid any of our designs lying around that might be mistakenly used for other purposes, we ask that the original Design Proposal that contained all the design samples be snail-mailed back to Portfolieu Graphic Design in the provided self addressed, stamped envelope.
